This Terms of Use describes how visitors and clients (Users) use our services at https://mailveri.com and its sub-domains (Sites); and how to contact us regarding our Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall govern all kind of use and features offered via the Sites as may become available from to time to time. In order to fully use the Sites, you need to sign up and create an account. Creating your account can be done by providing specific details (e.g. full name; email address; etc.) through the Sites. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Once you create an account, you will automatically join our mailing list. You are opting in to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send to you via email from time to time.
You can choose to remove your email address from that mailing list by selecting the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communication we send to you.

In order to enjoy the full scale of the Sites that we offer, you will be required to pay the applicable fees assessed to your account for the purpose of obtaining credits. These credits will enable you to verify the email addresses.
We may use third-party services to process payments made through the Sites. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide such information (including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and CVV number) to these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy. You also represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal authority to use the payment card information you are submitting through the Sites; and (ii) the information you supply to us is accurate, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal transaction.
Please note that we maintain no refund or cancellation policy of any paid fees.
The Sites needs email addresses as input. You need to provide them as string to be processed as single or files to upload to be processed in batch. You maintain ownership of the data you upload for email verification purposes. We may access or use uploaded data for customer support or troubleshooting purposes, to gather statistics, to improve accuracy, or for increasing our product viability. Users may delete their uploaded data from the system at any time.
The Sites will automatically delete your uploaded data and its results after a certain time which specified clearly in the Sites dashboard. You need to download the results before they are deleted. There's no way to gain access once the data was deleted.

In no event shall MailVeri, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Sites; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Sites; (iii) any content obtained from the Sites; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

MailVeri and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that (i) the Sites will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Sites are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Sites will meet your requirements.
