By accessing or using MailVeri ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

MailVeri provides email verification services that help users validate email addresses. The Service includes bulk email list verification, real-time API verification, and related tools to improve email deliverability.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Credits and Payments

Credit System

• Credits are used to verify email addresses (1 credit = 1 verification)
• Credits are non-refundable
• Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars
• Prices may change with notice; existing credits are not affected
• Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. We provide 1,000 free credits to every new account, which allows users to evaluate the quality and accuracy of our service before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to use these free credits to ensure MailVeri meets your requirements before buying additional credits.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Verify email addresses for spamming or unsolicited bulk email
• Harvest email addresses or build email lists for unauthorized purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell the Service without authorization
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service

API Usage

If you use our API, you additionally agree to:

• Keep your API key confidential
• Not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Not use the API to create a competing service
• Credit MailVeri when publicly discussing integrations

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

You represent that you have the right to upload and verify the email addresses you submit to our Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MailVeri and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Verification results will be 100% accurate
• Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILVERI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MailVeri, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MailVeri operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
